Technical leadership on an online training catalogue for thousands of SNCF employees. Client needs analysis, fit-for-purpose technical solution proposal, specifications drafting, management of an English-speaking developer team. Project oversight from design through production delivery, on time and on budget.

Technical referent for the creation of a Vinci Digital Factory. Custom development of a mapping module (GéoRepo API / Google Maps in JavaScript), connection to several internal and external REST APIs, deployment of SEO-optimised satellite sites and landing pages, on-site animations. Team management, code review, DevOps assistance.

From the first Drupal in work-study to technical leadership of national-scale projects.

2012 — 2015
Beginnings & training
Work-study programmes at Serval Agency and Alterway. First intensive exposure to Drupal 7, PHP and Agile methodologies. M2 degree at Digital Campus (Digital Strategy Expert). Birth of the dual PM/Dev skill set.
2015 — 2017
Freelance & first enterprise assignments
Freelancer, then Kigeri company. Drupal assignments for CRAMIF, OECD, OFPRA, Bouygues Immobilier via DropTeam. Marie Brizard, ATMB via ADYAX. First end-to-end leadership roles.
2017 — 2020
Growing technical responsibility
Lead developer on Vinci Autoroutes (millions of visits/month). GDPR security expert for the European Commission and NGOs. Technical project manager at SNCF (270,000 employees, 10-developer team). Scrum Master PSM I certification.
2020 — 2022
Senior developer — long-term assignments
Tuesday agency. 2+ year assignments on ORPI.com (Drupal 7→8 migration), Atland, Homebox. Technical leadership of platform evolutions, team and supplier coordination.
2022 — 2026
Career pivot & stack modernization
Led a real-estate renovation programme — 3 successive projects, €150–300K budget, 50–70% occupancy rate. Mimo Full-Stack training certified (React, Node.js, 2025). Portfolio remy-guillon.com built on a headless Drupal 11 + Next.js 16 architecture — in progress. Available immediately for a technical PM role on a permanent contract.
